Return Policy


What Can I Return?
Due to quality issue, we will be able to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Items Marked "Customized " (clearly indicated on the product page )            

Notes
1. It is advisable to keep the original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of receipt

2. Items damaged due to incorrect installation, disassembly, or operation cannot be returned

3. Alconbrakesonline will pay for the return fees with the quality issue
